Welcome to the Cleen-Cut “Mini” Flatbed die cutter by Die Cutters Inc.  As with our larger size Cleen-Cut Flatbed die cutters the Mini Flatbed die cutter was designed with a special group of users in mind.  If you have a lot of orders less than 2,000 pieces, a large variety of products to cut, a limited amount of room or even a limited budget, the Mini Flatbed die cutter is just what you’re looking for. 

The Cleen-Cut “Mini” Flatbed die cutter is very simple to operate.  If you refer to the picture you will see that there is a drum switch (labeled RUN SWITCH) located on the top of the machine. Push the lever in the direction you want your die to travel, push the die into the center section and the rolls will run it through to the other side as the product cuts, then return the lever to the center of drum switch to stop the rolls. All machine safety guarding has been approved by OSHA (see OSHA letter).

SET-UP  It is really as simple as this.  Take the die that you want to cut and lay it on one of the tables.  Next check the cutting rule height with the height indicator on the side of the die cutter, adjust if necessary.  Place a test sheet on the die and run it through the die cutter.  Check the cut and adjust the cutting pressure as needed.  Run another test sheet and adjust if needed.  You should be ready to run after you do this a couple of times. 

 The Cleen-Cut “Mini” Flatbed die cutter is capable of running a broad variety of products.  The complete list is too long but here are a few:  corrugated paper products, corrugated plastic, many other plastic products, solid fiber, foam, laminated products and products that require registration.  If you have a question about something you want to cut please call us, we are more than happy to help you. 

The Cleen-Cut “Mini” Flatbed die cutter will run on a 120V 20-amp circuit.  It is built on swivel casters to make it portable; you can move it out of your way when you’re not using it.  There are step on floor locks to hold it in place when you are running it.
